Our troubleshooting and onboard diagnostics often allow us to resolve issues over the phone. After you submit the form, our support team will contact you within 2 hours (or sooner).

Providing your machine’s serial number helps us speed things up, but if you don’t have it on hand, we can get it later. Please double-check your contact details so we can reach you without delay.
