The new Scrubmaster B35 and B50 floor scrubbers introduce several intelligent features designed to improve cleaning consistency, safety and machine control.
One of the standout innovations is automatic speed control when cornering, which adjusts the machine’s speed during turns to improve handling and reduce the risk of collisions or floor damage.
The premium traction-drive models also feature dynamic performance adaptation, where brush speed and water flow automatically adjust based on operating speed. This helps optimise water and chemical consumption while maintaining excellent cleaning results across different floor conditions.
Hako has also redesigned the squeegee system to improve suction performance and leave floors cleaner and drier after every pass. The new geometry and fold-out Quick-Release system allow for easier maintenance and faster servicing with tool-free access.

Operator ergonomics have been a major focus in the development of the new Scrubmaster models. Both the B35 and B50 feature AGR-certified ergonomic operating concepts, helping reduce operator fatigue during long cleaning shifts. Ergonomically shaped handles, intuitive controls and smooth machine operation all contribute to safer and more comfortable cleaning.
The machines are also designed for simplified daily maintenance. Colour-marked service points, large tank openings, removable strainers and easy-access filters help reduce downtime and simplify cleaning and servicing tasks.
The new control panel uses self-explanatory symbols and clearly marked membrane buttons, allowing operators to quickly become familiar with the machine, even in workplaces with changing cleaning personnel.

Sustainability is another major focus of the new Scrubmaster B35 and B50 range. The body panels are manufactured using 50% post-consumer recycled plastic, supporting more environmentally responsible manufacturing processes without compromising durability or machine quality.
Eco mode helps reduce energy and water consumption, while Hako’s optional integrated Chemical on Demand system automatically doses cleaning chemicals only when required. This helps reduce waste, minimise operating costs and lower environmental impact.
Both models also operate at very low noise levels, making them suitable for noise-sensitive environments where daytime cleaning may be required.

The new Scrubmaster B35 and B50 models are also compatible with the new Hako Connect app, which provides operators, facility managers and service technicians with direct machine access via Bluetooth.
The app provides real-time machine status information, operating hours, maintenance reminders, service codes, cleaning profiles and usage history. It also supports sustainability monitoring, performance tracking and ESG reporting.
Additional features include guided troubleshooting, FAQ support, access to manuals and service documentation, plus simplified service call functionality with live machine data transmission.

Scrubmaster B35 or B50 – what’s the difference?
The Scrubmaster B35 is the more compact model in the range, featuring a 46 cm working width and 35-litre solution and recovery tanks. It delivers a theoretical cleaning performance of up to approximately 2,070 sqm per hour, making it well suited to medium-sized commercial spaces.
The larger Scrubmaster B50 increases working width to 56 cm and features larger 50-litre tanks, delivering theoretical cleaning performance of up to approximately 2,520 sqm per hour for larger and more demanding environments.
Both models are available in Basic Powerflow drive versions or Premium traction-drive versions, with lead-acid or lithium-ion battery options available depending on operational requirements.
